In 1976 Jim Rickards found his slice of Heaven on Chianti Mountain and started raising cattle and his children. They had a wonderful garden and also raised chickens and turkeys as barter with their neighbors. He also discovered the abandoned vineyard, planted in 1908 by Rosa Brignoli, and soon found his true calling to the property - wine grape growing.
Join us to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Jim’s wine growing adventure. We will have his wonderful wines to share with his stories and will be serving some specialties from the ranch origins - Jim’s special “Fridge Frittata” along with Turkey Meatballs in marinara sauce.
