Grape Day Harvest Dinner
Since 1992 we've been sharing the experience of farming with some of our friends; we call it the Tom Sawyer Approach. We need many helping hands during harvest and crush, and we reward our friends with a Harvest dinner in late August each year. Our friends can walk around the vineyards, visit our 50+ bird houses, taste some wine and enjoy a nice dinner.
Juan Favela
While having friends help us with bottling, harvest and crush is great, the year round maintenance and care of the vineyard could not be accomplished with out the superb help of Juan Favela and his family. Juan joined us in 1990 at the beginning of our last expansion. His knowledge and drive helped us make this a beautiful spot in Alexander Valley.
